Our services do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. We strongly recommend that clients conduct independent due diligence and consult with qualified professionals including lawyers, financial advisors, and property inspectors before making any real estate decisions. Property availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
All transactions facilitated through our agency are subject to Singapore property laws and regulations. Clients are responsible for understanding their legal obligations and rights.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, property descriptions, market analyses, and software, is the exclusive property of our Singapore Real Estate Agency or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from our website without express written permission. To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our real estate agency, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided through our platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to us by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail, parties agree to submit to mediation before the Singapore Mediation Centre. Should mediation prove unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
